Bayer's purpose-built onboarding program is designed to help its new hires find their feet in the organization as smoothly and quickly as possible.


The program guides employees through their first steps in the company, beginning three weeks before their arrival and continuing through to the end of their first month.


It includes a personalized website to familiarize newcomers with the company even before Day 1, a personal welcome on the day by the manager and a "buddy", and an online onboarding module for a fun, easy introduction to the world of Bayer.


Comprehensive support from the contract through to onboarding helps new arrivals understand Bayer's vision and strategy, and feel at home in the company on a day-to-day basis.
